BackYards law firm advised two Canadian entrepreneurs in connection with the acquisition of FC Chambly Oise.
Canadian entrepreneurs Stephan Tétrault and Jean-François Chenail acquired FC Chambly Oise from its historical shareholders.
Founded in 1989 and based in Chambly, in the Oise department, FC Chambly Oise is a French football club currently competing in the National 1, the third tier of French football.
This acquisition marks a new milestone in the club’s development and reflects its new owners’ ambition to pursue its sporting development.
The Yards team comprised:

- Tax: Jérémie Yéni and Edmond Volquemanne;
