The employment law team has extensive experience in assisting with restructurings, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions (audit, risk analysis, assistance throughout the operation) and collective redundancies (PSE/PDV), as well as in the context of collective bargaining agreements/mobility leave, etc. Itworks in a fully integrated manner with the M&A / Private Equity team.

The employment law team assists companies in the context of information-consultation procedures for staff representative bodies (recurrent consultations and one-off consultations):

• drafting of information notes,
• timetable,
• assistance throughout the consultation process.

It also assists them in the negotiation and drafting of collective agreements (working hours, PSE agreement, method agreement, etc.

The employment law team assists companies in their day-to-day management at the recruitment stage, during the performance of the employment contract and at the time of its termination. It also assists companies in negotiating departures, in particular of senior executives, in close collaboration with the firm’s other teams.

The employment law team is in charge of individual and collective litigation for its clients, such as litigation relating to dismissals, discrimination, harassment, variable remuneration and non-competition clauses, but also collective litigation such as that relating to professional elections, PSEs, challenges to expert reports, etc.
