Lucas advises companies on employment law, both in terms of advice and in litigation.

He advises and assists companies in all the issues of the day-to-day life of a company (drafting of employment contracts, collective agreements, negotiations with union representatives, information-consultation of the CSE, pre-litigation phase, etc.).

In the event of a change in the organization of a company or a restructuring, he defines the most appropriate legal instrument (reflection and project implementation phase).

Lucas also represents the firm’s clients in litigation before the courts (industrial tribunal, court of appeal, judicial tribunal, etc.).

Lucas was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016 and joined Yards (formerly MBA Avocats) in 2016.
