Marion advises companies regarding Labor law. She advises and assists companies in all the issues of the day-to-day life of a company (drafting employment contracts, collective agreements, negotiations with employee representatives, information-consultation of the work council (CSE), pre-litigation phase, etc.).
Marion also represents companies in court (industrial tribunal, court of appeal, judicial court, etc.).
Marion was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019 and joined Yards (formerly MBA Avocats) in 2020.
