Agathe advises companies regarding Labor law. She advises and assists companies in all the issues of the day-to-day life of a company (drafting employment contracts, collective agreements, negotiations with employee representatives, information-consultation of the works council (CSE), pre-litigation phase, etc.).
Agathe also represents companies in court (labour court, court of appeal, judicial court, etc.).
Agathe was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024 and joined Yards in 2024.
