Raed provides corporate clients with advice and representation in labor law matters, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. He advises and assists companies in all aspects of day-to-day corporate life (drafting employment contracts and collective agreements, negotiating with union representatives, informing and consulting with the works council, pre-litigation phase, etc.).

Raed also represents the firm’s clients in litigation before the courts (labor courts, courts of appeal, judicial courts, etc.).

Raed has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2023 and joined Yards in 2025.
