Marion, a recognised expert in labour law, provides both advisory and litigation services to a French and international clientele of executives, companies (SMEs and mid-caps) and investment funds in various sectors such as luxury ready-to-wear, advertising, healthcare, electronic banking, technology, etc.

Marion began her career as an associate at the law firm Bignon Lebray & Associés (2000-2001), then she joined the law firm Flichy. Before joining Yards, Marion was a partner at the firm Raphaël Avocats, which she co-founded in 2008.
