The tax team assists its clients with both routine and exceptional tax operations, including the implementation and monitoring of tax consolidation, the management of VAT flows, the analysis and establishment of transfer pricing policies, etc.

The tax team assists its clients at all stages of the tax audit: pre-litigation, settlement with the inspectors or at Bercy and litigation. This support from the outset of the audit allows us to define the areas of risk and to establish the most appropriate strategy. The tax team works closely with the litigation team, if necessary, to evaluate potential criminal risk.

The tax team has a strong track record in structuring investment vehicles and management packages. The team advises executives and managers as well as investment funds.
