Dorothée has a recognized expertise in the taxation of private equity and M&A transactions. She has also developed expertise in international structured finance transactions.

Dorothée also assists her clients in their day-to-day tax management, in their development inbound and outbound and during their tax audits.

She began her career at PWC where she opened and run the French desk in New York for three years. She was also a partner at Deloitte, before joining Yards (formerly MBA Avocats).
