Marin specializes in corporate taxation. He focuses in particular on the tax aspects of private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations.
He also advises French and international clients on their day-to-day tax issues and assists them with tax audits and litigation.
A member of the Paris and New York bars, Marin began his career at Deloitte Société d’Avocats before joining Yards in 2022.
