Jérémie advises on the tax aspects of private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions, and assists clients with structuring and reorganization, acquisitions, and disposals.
He also has recognized expertise in real estate taxation.
Jérémie has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013. He began his legal career at Racine, then at Simmons & Simmons, before joining Yards as a partner in the corporate tax and transactions department in 2024.
