Jérémie focuses on the taxation of private equity and M&A transactions and assists his clients with their structuring and reorganisation, acquisitions and disposals.

He also has a recognised expertise in real estate transactions.

Jérémie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2013. He started his career as a lawyer at Racine and then at Simmons & Simmons before joining Yards as a partner in the corporate and transactional taxation department in 2024.
