Yards advises Mix With The Masters on its sale to Alphatheta (Pioneer DJ)

Yards advises Mix with the Masters, an online training platform for music production and sound engineering, on its sale to the publicly traded Japanese group Noritsu Koki, through its subsidiary AlphaTheta (formerly Pioneer DJ).

Founded in 2010, Mix with the Masters (Maven) offers a library of video tutorials and tools created by leading engineers and producers, as well as in-person seminars. The company has about 15 employees.

The Noritsu Koki Group, founded in 1951 in Tokyo, specializes in technologies for the audio industry. With this new acquisition, its subsidiary AlphaTheta (formerly Pioneer DJ) gains a platform that expands its portfolio of solutions for music professionals.
