Maud assists sponsors and borrowers seeking for senior and mezzanine financing, including in the context of leveraged transactions (LBOs, MBOs and OBOs). She also advises for bank or bond financing with respect to acquisitions, external growth and other projects.
She cumulates her financing skills with M&A/Private Equity expertise in divestments, acquisitions and investments, both in France and abroad.
Before joining Yards in 2012, Maud engaged in M&A and Banking & Finance teams of major international law firms, including 6 years at Dentons. She also worked in-house during a secondment in the legal department of an industrial client, and had a long-term assignment with a leading international banking institution.
With her dual expertise in Finance-M&A, Maud provides tailor-made assistance to our clients. Her ability to understand each client’s specific issues and to communicate efficiently make her a partner of choice for complex transactions.
