Yards advises MIG Capital on NcodiN’s €16 million seed funding round

Back

Founded in 2023, NcodiN is a deep-tech company developing optical interposer technology that incorporates nanolasers to enhance the technical and environmental performance of artificial intelligence (AI) processors.

This €16 million seed funding round was led by the German investment fund MIG Capital, alongside the U.S. investment fund Maverick Silicon, the Dutch investment fund PhotonVentures, and the Swiss investment fund Verve Ventures. The investment funds Elaia, Earlybird, and OVNI, which already hold stakes in NcodiN, also participated in this new round of financing.

MIG Capital is one of Germany’s leading venture capital funds and invests primarily in the deep tech and life sciences sectors. To date, MIG Capital has invested nearly 770 million euros in more than 60 startups.

Yards had previously advised MIG Capital on earlier investments in France.
