Yards took part in the French Tech Next40/120 workshop on employee profit-sharing and share ownership schemes

The Yards team, including Éric du Peloux, Aurore Meslin-Bocquet and Laurent Gabaud, was invited by La French Tech to attend the French Tech Next40/120 workshop on employee profit-sharing and share ownership mechanisms held on 14 November 2024.

Our team presented the legal, tax and social aspects of BSPCE, free shares (AGA) and stock options (OSA).

It was able to answer questions from start-up representatives on best practice for granting these incentive tools and the main issues involved, particularly following recent reforms to the conditions for granting BSPCE and AGA.
