Aurore provides both advisory and litigation services, and has developed specific expertise in tax litigation, sometimes including a criminal aspect, and in international taxation.
Aurore also advises on the restructuring of private and professional assets, in particular involving family businesses and Dutreil and contribution-assignment issues.
She advises executives and managers on the determination of their remuneration policy.
Aurore also participates in the team’s communication activities (interviews, writing articles and preparing training sessions and conferences).
Aurore was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016. After starting her career in the tax department of the Franklin law firm in 2016, she then joined the Lyon law firm Lamy Lexel in 2020. She joined Yards in 2022. Aurore lives in Lyon.
