Yards advises Le Zingam in connection with its sale to the Terroirs d'Avenir group

Yards law firm advised Le Zingam, a network of neighborhood grocery stores in Paris and a short supply-chain sourcing platform for professionals, in connection with its sale to the Terroirs d’Avenir group.

Founded in 2014, Le Zingam is a recognized player in short supply chains and sustainable food. The company operates several neighborhood grocery stores in Paris and has developed a short supply-chain sourcing business serving professionals, including restaurants, institutional catering operators and purpose-driven grocery stores.

Founded in 2008, the Terroirs d’Avenir group operates a network supplying food products sourced from small-scale farming and sustainable fishing to professional customers. The group also operates around fifteen stores in Paris for its B2C business. The group has more than 130 employees.

Through this transaction, Terroirs d’Avenir is strengthening its offering by integrating the expertise and know-how developed by Le Zingam. The group now benefits from a network of nearly 500 producers committed to organic farming, as well as an established B2B business serving restaurants, institutional catering operators and retailers committed to the transition towards more sustainable food systems.
