Yards advises Evaneos on the acquisition of Odys Travel

Yards advised Evaneos as part of its external growth operation involving the acquisition of Odys Travel company.

Founded in 2009, Evaneos is the leading provider of tailor-made travel online in France and Europe. With 220 employees in France and a selection of 2,000 local partner agencies, Evaneos covers 160 destinations and is present in several European countries.

This first acquisition for the iconic French tourism start-up in is part of Evaneos’ commitment to supporting all DMCs as effectively as possible.

Odys Travel has developed a platform that centralizes reservation management, project design, accounting tracking, and travel organization activities within a single interface. It also includes a CRM, multi-currency financial management, and connections with key partners.

The Yards team consisted of:
