Ghita advises and assists the firm’s clients in their private equity transactions (venture capital, development capital, LBOs), mergers and acquisitions and corporate law matters, both nationally and internationally.
In particular, she advises on fund-raising transactions (for founders/executives as well as investment funds), the introduction of management packages (BSPCE, stock options, bonus shares, preference shares), the reorganisation of groups of companies/company law, and bank financing.
Ghita has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2021 and joined Yards in 2024.
