Yards law firm advised the Follow group, publisher of a software platform dedicated to surgical specialists, in connection with its sale to the Orisha group.
Founded in 2015, the Follow group develops a SaaS platform dedicated to specialist surgeons. Its solution currently supports nearly 4,500 healthcare professionals and covers the entire patient journey, from appointment scheduling and clinical follow-up to medical document management, prescribing, billing and electronic claims submission. Positioned in a high-value medical segment, Follow has established itself among particularly demanding specialties such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology and digestive surgery. The group employs around 40 people.
The Orisha group is a European business software provider serving the real estate, retail, healthcare, construction and agri-food sectors. With approximately 2,300 employees and more than 50,000 customers across Europe, Orisha expects to generate revenue of €400 million in 2026.
This acquisition strengthens Orisha’s position in the market for software dedicated to healthcare professionals and expands its offering in specialized healthcare. It will also enable Follow to continue its growth by leveraging the resources, expertise and European footprint of the Orisha group.
