Laurie advises and assists the firm’s clients in their private equity transactions (venture capital, growth equity, LBO), mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law, in France and abroad.

Laurie’s practice focuses on fundraising operations (either for the founders/managers or for the investment funds), management / employees incentive plans (BSPCE, stock-options, free shares, preferred shares), restructuring of companies’ groups, and senior financing.

Laurie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2021 and joined Yards in 2022.
