Yards strengthens its Employment Law department with the arrival of Marion Ayadi as a partner
BackYards, a new-generation business law firm, continues to strengthen its strategy with the arrival of Marion Ayadi as a partner in its Employment Law department. This appointment, which comes just three months after the co-opting of Julien Brouwer as a partner in M&A/Private Equity, is part of the firm’s business development strategy and confirms Yards’ growth ambitions.
Yards, a leading business law firm, welcomes Marion Ayadi to practice as co-head of the Employment Law department alongside partner Christine Hillig-Poudevigne and counsel Lucas Aubry.
Marion Ayadi, a recognized expert in employment law, provides both advisory and litigation services to a French and international clientele of executives, companies (SMEs and mid-caps) and investment funds in various sectors such as luxury ready-to-wear, advertising, healthcare, electronic banking, technology, etc.
With some twenty years of experience, particularly at the head of her firm co-founded in 2008, Marion has developed a recognized practice in labor law. She assists her clients with all their issues relating to individual and collective labor relations, occupational health, psychosocial risks, working time, and discrimination. She also acts in the implementation of development or restructuring operations and on issues of unfair competition.
The highly renowned Yards Employment Law practice now has two partners, one counsel and three associates.

Her Experience
Marion Ayadi began her career as an associate at the law firm Bignon Lebray & Associés (2000-2001), then she joined the law firm Flichy (2001-2008). Before joining Yards, Marion was a partner at Raphaël Avocats, which she co-founded in 2008.
She holds a DEA (postgraduate diploma) in social and trade union law from the University of Paris X Nanterre (obtained in 1999) and was sworn in 2001.
