Paid leave and sickness: a new trick
BackFor Cadre et Dirigeant Magazine, Christine Hillig-Poudevigne and Marion Peringuey comment on a recent ruling by the Social Division of the Cour de Cassation (French Supreme Court) on 2 October 2023 concerning the accrual of paid leave during absence from work due to work-related illness.
