Not surprisingly, the Court of Cassation validates the Macron scale

It took five years, the time of a mandate, to have the judicial confirmation of the Court of Cassation that the compensation scale for employees dismissed without real and serious cause (the so-called “Macron scale”) must be applied and cannot be set aside in the name of an international convention.
