Yards advises Leboncoin on the sale of PlanetVO² and Cardiff to Bee2Link

The law firm Yards advises Leboncoin (Advinta Group), alongside the law firm Valther, on the sale of Sneep to Bee2Link (Cosmobilis Group).

With around 100 employees, Sneep is a software company that develops used car management solutions, namely Planet VO² and Cardiff. PlanetVO² is a software programme designed to help car dealers manage their used cars; it is used by more than 2,400 dealers and 14,000 users. Aimed at the garage and scrapyard sector, the Cardiff solution is currently installed in over 1,000 outlets, serving 3,000 users.

For the Adevinta Group, a leading international player in digital marketplaces, this transaction forms part of a strategic refocusing on its core businesses.

It will enable Bee2Link to strengthen its existing offering by incorporating recognised solutions and expertise, whilst consolidating its customer relationships and market presence.

The Yards team consisted of Dorothée Traverse (partner) on tax matters, and Éric du Peloux (partner) and Lila Roussel (associate) on corporate matters.
