The veil and the company: what are the rights and the limits?
BackThe Court of Justice of the European Union has been seized of two cases by the Courts of Cassation of Belgium and France. According to its judgments of 14 March 2017, it ruled that a company may prohibit its employees from wearing an ostentatious religious sign.
