Jean-Pierre has extensive experience in private equity and M&A transactions, and more generally in all business law transactions and contracts, particularly in an international context and in the high-tech sector.
Jean-Pierre assists his clients in all equity transactions as well as in all other corporate law transactions (such as reorganisation, governance, financing, shareholders’ agreements, private equity) or business law (in particular commercial contracts).
Jean-Pierre was a partner of Simeon Moquet Borde (1983 to 1989), founding partner of Simeon & Associes (1990 to 2000) and partner of Lovells (2001 to 2005) before joining Yards (formerly MBA Avocats) as a corporate partner in 2005.
