For consistency with the evolution of tax law, Article 14 of the Social Security Financing Bill (PLFSS) removes the condition relating to registration in the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) as a criterion for affiliation to the social regime for the self-employed (the Social Security for the Self-Employed (Sécurité Sociale des Indépendants).
