Yards continues its strategic strengthening with the structuring of its Financing division

Yards is continuing its strategic strengthening with the structuring of its Financing division led by Maud Gendron, Counsel.

Yards, a new-generation firm, is expanding its range of services and developing its financing offering.

The Financing team advises sponsors and borrowers on aspects related to (senior) bank financing, bond financing and mezzanine financing, during leveraged buyouts (LBOs, MBOs or OBOs), during their organic development and in their external growth projects.

Cette pratique est structurée autour d’une équipe animée par Maud Gendron. Maud dispose d’un solide savoir-faire dans le conseil aux sponsors et aux emprunteurs dans les financements de LBO, d’acquisition et de projets corporate. Elle combine ces compétences avec une longue expérience M&A/Private Equity notamment sur les opérations de cession, d’acquisition et d’investissement.

The Financing team recently intervened during LFPI’s acquisition of a stake in the capital of the Montaner Pietrini Boissons Group, during the acquisition of a minority stake by NextStage AM and BNP Paribas Développement in the capital of PeersGroup, and also during the sale of Oasys & Cie to the Diot-Siaci Group.

The differentiating factor is that the financing team works closely with the M&A, Private Equity and Corporate Tax teams. Yards thus provides comprehensive support to clients in their complex operations with a unique dynamic, a shared rigour and a 360° vision.
