The law firm Yards advises the K-Ren Group on its fundraising round.

Founded in Mauguio, K-Ren develops an innovative textile technology designed to protect submerged surfaces against biofouling without using the biocides traditionally found in antifouling paints. Designed and manufactured in France, its solution addresses the growing challenges of environmental performance and regulation in the boating sector.

This strategic transaction will enable K-Ren to accelerate industrialization, strengthen its production capacity, and support its commercial development amid strong growth in sustainable solutions linked to the maritime economy.
