Yards announces the appointment of a new counsel
BackRomain Perrier is promoted to counsel in the business litigation department.
The law firm Yards announces the appointment of Romain Perrier (business litigation) as counsel.
Romain Perrier (33), started his career at Yards (ex -MBA Avocats) in 2016 as a young associate alongside Hélène Moisand-Florand and Sébastien Vialar, partners in the business litigation department.
Romain works with the partners of his department in business law, both in litigation and in advising clients consisting of companies, investors and managers. His skills and experience enable him to provide legal and strategic advice both in the context of litigation situations and in the drafting and structuring of commercial documents.
Romain is involved in all types of pre-litigation and litigation in the context of commercial disputes, regulatory controls and criminal proceedings. In this respect, he advises companies in the context of inspections relating to compliance with regulations on payment periods between companies.
