Hélène acquired her expertise in commercial law and insolvency proceedings and spent ten years within the Litigation and Arbitration team at Clifford Chance. she has experienced, before supervisory authorities and state and arbitration courts, all methods of resolving strategic disputes for national and international companies, particularly in the context of restructuring operations, regulatory, commercial and/or criminal disputes which may also affect their managers.
