François advises French and foreign clients on wealth law and taxation, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
He assists families, executives, and entrepreneurs in the following areas:
- Wealth transfer and disposal transactions (Dutreil pact, donation-transfer, contribution-transfer) and leveraged family transactions;
Legal and tax support for residence transfers and international mobility; - Support in structuring real estate investments for residents and non-residents and diversifying their assets (start-ups, cryptoassets);
- Support for executives in structuring and tax treatment of their compensation packages;
- Preparation and monitoring of clients’ tax reporting obligations (income tax, real estate wealth tax, trust declarations, exit tax declarations);
Support in tax audits and litigation.
François has been a lawyer since 2025 and joined Yards in 2025.
