Raphaël advises and litigates with individuals on all matters relating to the taxation of assets.

His areas of expertise enable him to provide legal and tax advice to both French and foreign clients, mainly private or family groups, company directors and, more generally, wealthy individuals seeking legal and tax strategies for the structuring of their wealth, business or property projects.

Raphaël also assists them with their tax obligations (IR, IFI, trust declarations), their relations with the tax authorities by responding to the various requests they may be subject to, as well as before all jurisdictions, whether judicial, administrative or criminal.

Raphaël was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006. He joined Franklin law firm in 2008 where he was appointed counsel in 2017, then jointed Yards (formerly Barré & Associés) in 2020.
