Nicolas advises on tax matters and tax audits on behalf of individuals and family businesses.
He provides day-to-day support to company directors, managers, heirs and, in general, to wealthy individuals living in France or abroad, by offering them his expertise and experience.
His in-depth and transversal knowledge of civil law, corporate law, and corporate and personal taxation enables him to propose comprehensive tax strategies adapted to the client’s situation, in a national and international context.
He also has a solid experience in tax audits and litigation.
Nicolas was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004. After starting his career with Andersen Tax & Legal (2007-2009) and joining Franklin as Counsel (2009-2020), Nicolas has been a partner at Yards (formerly Barré & Associés) since 2020.
