Louis advises French and foreign clients in the areas of wealth management and tax law, both in an advisory and litigation capacity.

He advises families, executives and entrepreneurs in the following areas:

• Inheritance tax and family transactions (FBO, gifts, Dutreil, estate planning) and family operations with leverage;
• Legal and tax advice on the transfer of residence and international mobility;
• Investment support in real estate both by resident and non-resident and diversification of their assets (investment in start-ups, crypto-assets);
• Support for executives in the structuring and tax treatment of their remuneration packages;
• Personal declarative obligations (income tax, Exit tax, IFI, trust),
• Assistance in tax audits and litigation.

Louis joined Yards Avocats (ex-Barré & Associés) in 2022 after several internships in the «Private Clients and Family Businesses» team.
