Yards supports Oasys & Cie in the acquisition of Alquier Communication

The law firm Yards has advised Oasys & Cie on the acquisition of Alquier Communication, a corporate communications consultancy.

Through this strategic operation, the Oasys & Cie group wishes to complete and diversify its range of services for managers, institutions and companies. Oasys & Cie thus intends to strengthen the current offer of Pyksis (integrated into the Oasys group since 2021), an agency focused on supporting sensitive reorganisations.

Launched in 2013 by Jean-Christophe Alquier and Vincent Dujardin, the Alquier Communication agency has developed a know-how around institutional communication strategy consulting. Recognised for its expertise in crisis communication and sensitive communication, but also for its experience in the design and deployment of public opinion and public affairs campaigns, the agency covers all aspects of internal and external corporate communication. It is made up of 4 experienced senior professionals and in 2022 achieved a gross margin of 1.3 million
1.3 million in 2022.

The Yards Avocats team was composed of Jean-Philippe Jacob, Maud Gendron and Laurie Martel on the M&A aspects, Dorothée Traverse, Jeanne-Eve Lepinay and Marion Hubier on the tax aspects and Christine Hillig-Poudevigne, Lucas Aubry and Sara Ouarti on the social aspects.
