Yards advises Oasys & Cie and its shareholders in its sale to the Diot-Siaci Group
BackThe law firm Yards has advised the Oasys & Cie Group, which specialises in supporting people and organisations in their transitions and transformations, and its shareholders, on its sale to the Diot-Siaci Group.
Founded in 2006, Oasys & Cie is an independent French consultancy group with 650 employees and sales of €80m. Its raison d’être is to support transformations as well as career and managerial transitions, at the service of organisations, people and territories.
Diot-Siaci is a multi-specialist insurance and reinsurance consultancy and brokerage group that is a leader in Europe (with a presence in Asia, the Middle East and Africa). It designs and implements innovative, tailor-made solutions for its customers: Large companies, ETIs, SMEs and professionals, in personal insurance as well as property and liability insurance. With more than 6,000 employees and a vast international network, the Group operates worldwide and expects to achieve sales of more than €900m by 2023.
The new entity resulting from the merger will be headed by Myriam El Khomri, currently Director of Consulting and CSR Strategy at the Diot Siaci Group. She will report directly to Cédric Charpentier, Managing Director of the Diot-Siaci Group. Eric Beaudouin and Jean-Christophe Deruaz, directors of Groupe Oasys & Cie, will act as vice-chairmen. Combined sales will be around €120 million.
The Yards Avocats team is made up of: Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner, Maud Gendron, counsel, Alexandre Malek and Dorothée Traverse, partner and Marin du Repaire, associate.
