Yards assists Oasys & Cie in its acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of the Alerys group
BackThe law firm Yards has advised Oasys & Cie, a French group founded in 2006 specialising in supporting people and organisations in their transitions and transformations, on its acquisition of a majority stake in the capital of the Alerys group. This strategic transaction will enable Oasys & Cie to strengthen its position in HR support and consultancy.
Founded in Lyon in 1993 by Jean-Christophe Deruaz, the Alerys group has grown in the south-east of France around four core businesses: ALERYS, SOLERYS, EXPLORYS and WERSUS, offering its customers a comprehensive approach to human resources: HR consulting, recruitment, assessment, coaching, training, career guidance, outplacement and business start-up assistance.
This structuring operation positions the Oasys & Cie group as a benchmark player among private placement operators, and strengthens its local national network Transition & Territoires®, which now has 261 offices in France. This will also enable it to develop its presence in the public management consulting market and expand its range of career development consulting services.
The managers of the Alerys group, who are fully committed to this project, will become partners in Oasys & Cie, joining the group’s 65 partners.
