Yards advises XAnge, Omnes and Quantonation in the €16 million fundraising of Qubit Pharmaceuticals

Law firm Yards advised Xange as well as Omnes and Quantonation in the €16 million fundraising of Qubit Pharmaceuticals, which was also subscribed by Octave Klaba (founder of OVH).

This fundraising operation will enable the company, which created a platform for the discovery of new treatments using quantum physics, to finance the building of its portfolio to ten research programmes on cancer and inflammatory diseases.

The Yards team consisted of Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner, Julien Brouwer, counsel, and Kamélia Kerchi, associate.
