Yards advises XAnge in Join's €4.5 million fundraising

The law firm Yards advised XAnge in the €4.5 million Seed fundraising of Join, subscribed by XAnge, Seedcamp, Kima Ventures and business angels.

This fundraising operation will enable Join to accelerate the development of its software activity for the creation, online distribution and performance measurement of stories, particularly on social networks.

The Yards team was composed of Eric du Peloux, partner, and Alexandre Malek, associate.

Gate Avocats, with Louise-Marie Guillet, partner, and Alexandre Zeitoun, counsel, acted as counsel to Join and its founders.
