Yards advises the managers of Twin Sails Interactive in the context of its MBO

Founded in 2016, Twin Sails Interactive is an independent video game publisher, formerly Asmodee digital, part of the Asmodee group. Twin Sails Interactive is now positioned as a key player in the publishing of independent video games.

Founded in 1995, Asmodée is one of the French leaders in the publication and distribution of board games and tabletop games.

This strategic operation will enable Twin Sails Interactive to strengthen its commitment to video games with a strong identity, drawing on its expertise in selective publishing, its strategic positioning and its customized support.

The Yards team was made up of Igor Doumenc, partner; Ghita Bouzoubaa, associate and Dorothée Traverse, partner.
