Yards advises Terre de Sienne on its MBO transaction

Law firm Yards has advised communications firm Terre de Sienne on its MBO. Charles de Beauvoir, Chairman, and his entire team of managers are taking over the agency, which was founded in 1995.

Terre de Sienne is a communications company founded in 1995 by Jean-François Le Rochais. It now has around thirty employees and offers its clients consultancy and strategic planning, brand design, editorial strategies and social media.

Through this MBO, Charles de Beauvoir and his team of managers (Sonia Laforge, Emilie Domange, Marie Allwright and Jean-Laurent Tremsal) aim to continue the agency’s dynamic development, while preserving the spirit of the company founded by Jean-François le Rochais.

The Yards Avocats team comprised Jean-Philippe Jacob and Julia Faure on M&A and corporate aspects, and Dorothée Traverse and Marion Hubier on tax aspects.
