Yards advises start-up VelyVelo on its €1m Series A investment from Beltone Venture Capital

Yards advised VelyVelo on its €1 million Series A investment from Beltone Venture Capital.

VelyVelo, founded in 2017, is now the leader in electric bike leasing for delivery professionals in France, with more than 4,000 bikes currently in circulation, and is recognised by its customers as an expert in fleet management.

This strategic transaction, which comes just four months after the company raised its Series A funding, will enable VelyVelo to roll out its services throughout France and Spain, as well as strengthening its position as a pioneer in cyclo-logistics.

VelyVelo was advised by Yards, which had already assisted VelyVelo in previous transactions, represented by Julien Brouwer, counsel.
