Yards advises start-up Flowdesk in its $30 million fundraising

The law firm Yards advised Flowdesk on its $30 million Series A financing round with Eurazeo, Aglaé Ventures, ISAI, Ledger, Coinbase and other business angels.

Flowdesk, a French start-up founded in 2020, is deploying a trading solution and market-making services for Web3 players, including cryptocurrency token issuers in particular.

This fundraising operation will enable Flowdesk to accelerate the development of its business, with new products, the deployment of offices in Singapore and the United States, and the continuation of its recruitment policy to reach a hundred employees.

The Yards team consisted of Jean-Philippe Jacob, partner, Julien Brouwer, counsel, and Kamélia Kerchi, associate.

Gate Avocats, with Julien Mougel, partner, and Alexandre Zeitoun, counsel, acted as counsel to the investors.
