Yards advises Spendesk on the acquisition of Okko

Spendesk, a solution specialising in the management of means of payment for businesses, has completed its first external growth operation with the acquisition of Okko, a company offering a purchasing management solution.

Founded in 2023, Okko is a company whose mission is to help businesses digitise the procurement process, from the initial request to the finalised purchase order.

Through this share and cash transaction, which integrates Okko’s technology and resources, Spendesk becomes the first European solution to fully integrate purchasing and expense management for SMEs and SMIs.

With operations in France, the UK, Germany, Spain and the USA, the Spendesk group has 570 employees and over 5,000 customers in Europe.
