Yards advises SFAN Laboratoire on the acquisition of a stake in its capital by Vivalto Partners

Yards advised SFAN Laboratoire, its CEO, and its key managers on the acquisition of a stake in the company by Vivalto Partners (through its Vivalto Capital I Master fund).

SFAN Laboratoire, based in Normandy, specializes in the design, manufacture, and packaging of liquid food supplements (bottles, ampoules), combining industrial expertise and customization. The company supports its clients from the formulation stage to create innovative products that meet market requirements.

With 5,000 m² of workshops and an experienced team, SFAN Laboratoire offers a flexible range of services, from comprehensive to à la carte. The laboratory controls the entire production cycle, from receipt of raw materials to packaging, with strict quality control processes that guarantee product safety and reliability.

The transaction is also supported by senior debt arranged by Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel de Normandie and Société Générale, with the participation of BNP Paribas, for which Yards advised the target and the investor.
