Yards advises Rodeeo in its seed funding round

The law firm Yards advised Rodeeo in the context of the €400k Seed round of financing subscribed to by business angels, including Franck Papazian (Mediaschool) and Olivier Sebag (Dentsu).

This fundraising operation will enable Rodeeo to accelerate the development of its land and sea vehicle rental platform, which brings together independent vehicle rental companies, from urban mobility to leisure, including long-term rental (car, motorbike, scooter, sidecar, quad, camper van, bike, scooter, rosalie, boat, jet ski, pedalo, canoe, etc.). Rodeeo has about twenty employees.

The Yards team was composed of Eric du Peloux, partner, and Julia Faure, associate.
