Yards advises NextStage AM on its investment in the Mathematic group

The law firm Yards advised NextStage AM on its equity investment in the Mathematic group, a company specialising in the creation and production of special effects (VFX) and 3D animation for the advertising, film, music and video game industries.

This €15 million transaction was carried out by the FPCI NextStage Championnes III fund, in co-investment with the FPCI NextStage Capital Entrepreneur and the FCPR NextStage Rendement II.

The Yards team was composed of Igor Doumenc, Julien Brouwer and Julia Faure for the M&A aspects, Dorothée Traverse and Jeanne-Ève Lepinay for the tax aspects and Christine Hillig-Poudevigne and Marion Peringuey for the social aspects.
