Yards advises NextStage AM and BNP Paribas Développement on their acquisition of a minority stake in PeersGroup

The law firm Yards has advised NextStage AM, one of the pioneers and specialists in Capital-Développement in France, and BNP Paribas Développement, in their acquisition of a minority stake in the capital of PeersGroup.

NextStage AM is an independent management company based in Paris, approved by the AMF and one of the pioneers and specialists in innovative development capital in France. NextStage AM invests in innovative, growth-oriented French and European SMEs and STIs, providing them with entrepreneurial investor expertise and operational support to achieve their transformation.

BNP Paribas Développement, a key player in the development and long-term survival of SMEs and SMIs, is also investing alongside NextStage AM as a co-investor in this OBO.

Founded in 2012, PeersGroup is a management consultancy specialising in purchasing, finance and supply chain organisations. Based in Paris and Lyon, PeersGroup will achieve sales of €30m by 2024 and, with its 250 employees, is launching a unique and unifying project, driven by the growth of its offerings and its regional presence.
